Jay is the founder and lead coach, he has been coaching kids football since 2005. A UEFA coach he heads up the minions group for U5s and the U11s. His experience working with professional clubs in England and abroad (Southampton, Colchester United, San Jose earthquakes and New England revolution) mean that Kickaround can combine the best of both fun football games and top quality coaching for children in Colchester. 

Leon has been coaching children in Colchester for 5 years, based in Stanway and still holds the year 11 400m record at Stanway School or so goes the myth. Leon has been a lead coach with Kickaround for some time and currently heads up the u6s and the u8s. He's also a qualified referee and F.A coach. Leon also teaches at a couple of local schools. 

Luke has been coaching kids in Colchester for 5 years, an FA coach who looks after the U7s and U9s. Luke has been with us for years now and started with us in 2019. 

A Chelsea fan who had an excellent playing career and still plays locally. Luke also currently teaches at a local school.
